A Week Under the Northern Lights, Immerse Yourself in the Authentic Lapland Experience with its Vast White Landscapes and Enchanting Northern Lights! It's also an opportunity to discover the culture of the Sami people and gain a deeper understanding of their daily life through reindeer herding. This trip combines a variety of outdoor and cultural activities to explore this little paradise and its people, all while enjoying an incredible and authentic experience of freedom! Your daily itinerary
Day 1: Welcome
Pick-up at the airport and transfer to our lodge, which Kevin and Kinga will have specially decorated for the festivities!
Day 2: Exploring Nature on Arctic Skis
Departure for an Arctic ski expedition along the mythical gold river, Ivalojoki, in a magical and friendly atmosphere.
Frosted trees, majestic landscapes as far as the eye can see, and the sensation of being "alone in the world."
In the evening, we'll share a special dinner prepared with Lapland's specialties and following local traditions! Afterwards, we have some surprises prepared to make this evening a lasting memory!
Day 3: Visit to a Family Reindeer Farm
Visit to a reindeer farm in the middle of the forest, followed by a walk on the surrounding hills with a breathtaking view of the frozen lakes.
Return to our chalet for a traditional meal around a fire, followed by a Finnish sauna.
Day 4: Immersive Nature Experience with Dog Sledding
A meeting with our musher and his beloved sled dogs for a unique experience through the forests of Northern Lapland.
Day 5: A Day of Relaxation or Activities
It's a day of rest with the option to stroll along the river, go snowshoeing in complete freedom, or simply relax in front of the wild nature.
In the evening, we'll have a workshop involving a fire scented by the preparation of smoked salmon.
Day 6: Immersive Cultural Visit to Inari
In the morning, depart for Inari, the capital city of the Sámi people, with a visit to their museum (their great pride!)
Then, free time for souvenirs and exploring the city.
Day 7: Snowmobiling in the Wilderness & Reindeer
We set out on snowmobiles to gain altitude under the golden sunset light, fully immersed in the boreal forest, hoping to encounter reindeer.
In the evening, a farewell dinner to mark the end of the adventure.
